1. BINDING AGREEMENT:

You may not submit an entry to the contest and are not eligible to receive the prizes described in these Rules unless you agree to these Rules and comply with all terms of use in the BeautifulNow Terms and Conditions found here, which are hereby incorporated into these Rules. Therefore, please read these Rules and Terms of Use prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. You agree that submission of an entry in the contest constitutes agreement to these Rules.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

contest is open only to individuals who have reached the age of thirteen at the time of entry. Entrants between the ages of 13 and 18 must have a parent's or legal guardian's permission to enter. The contest is NOT open to those who, at the time of entry, reside in Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, the Province of Quebec, Sudan, or Syria other any sanctioned country designated by the United States Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control including but not limited to Specially Designated Nationals. 3. SPONSOR:

The contests are sponsored by BeautifulNow, Inc., with a business address of 615 West End Avenue, Suite 1 New York, New York, 10024 USA ("Sponsor" or "BeautifulNow"). From time to time, BeautifulNow may run contests that are sponsored by different entities. In such event, BeautifulNow will post the name and business address of such sponsors on the contest Page.

4. HOW TO ENTER—NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN:

To enter the contest, visit Contest Page and complete the then applicable BeautifulNow contest Entry Form with the required information and follow instructions. Entrants between the ages of 13 and 18 must have the Entry Form completed by a parent or guardian who agrees to your participation in the contest and these Rules and Terms of Use. Submit your Entry Form and contest Materials by uploading a jpeg, MP3, video file, or link via the digital upload tool found on the contest page. Only online entries will be eligible. Photography and video entries should not include a watermark. Watermarked photos are not eligible to win. Please submit unmarked photos only. We do not post photos with watermarks. Please be advised, if you submit a photo with watermarks, we will crop the watermark out. All digital files must be less than 5 megabytes. Entries received without a completed Entry Form will be disqualified. BeautifulNow is not responsible for illegible or incorrectly submitted entries made via the digital upload tool.

5. ENTRY:

Each Registered User may submit to the contest. You may submit more than one entry. To be considered for the contest, entries must be received by the date and time posted at the then current contest. BeautifulNow’s content and contests adhere to the Pacific Time Zone.

Machine or computer-generated mass entries will be disqualified. Any submission not meeting the criteria specified will be disqualified. BeautifulNow accepts no responsibility for contest Materials that are lost, delayed, damaged, defaced, or mislaid, howsoever caused. All entries will be deemed made by the Entrant submitted at the time of entry. Any photos submitted with watermarks will either be disqualified OR BeautifulNow will crop out the watermark in order to display the contest entry without a watermark. 6. LICENSE TO BEAUTIFULNOW:

By entering into contests, you may be required to submit User Content, as defined in the Terms of Use. You agree that any User Content submitted for contests (“contest Materials”) shall strictly comply with the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use and these Rules. By submitting an Entry, you grant BeautifulNow a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, publicly perform, sell, create a derivative work from, and publicly display the contest Materials and any name and likeness therein for any purpose, including display on the BeautifulNow website, mobile applications, social media pages, publication of the winning entries in BeautifulNow Books, and inclusion in the BeautifulNow Documentary Film Series, and other promotional and marketing purposes. Any photos submitted with watermarks will either be disqualified OR BeautifulNow will crop out the watermark in order to display the contest entry without a watermark. Entries will not be returned.

9. JUDGING:

Once a contest closes to new entries, the BeautifulNow team reviews the entries and selects a group of Semi-finalists, as provided in these Rules. All contest Materials will be evaluated and scored based on the following “Criteria”*:

*Entrants understand that there is a certain level of subjectivity involved with voting. Judges’ decisions shall be final and binding.

Semi-finalists and Finalists: Nine Semi-Finalists are announced and remain open for comments by other Registered Users pursuant to the contest Schedule. The BeautifulNow team, together with guest judges, review Semi-Finalists, considering the Criteria, and select two Finalists. Decisions of the judges are final and binding. The two Finalists are put up for a community vote of Registered Users. One Winner is selected per contest.

Voting by the community: Once we announce the Finalists for each contest as described in the contest Schedule, Registered Users may vote online once per contest here for the contest Materials that you believe are most beautiful now. Registered Users may only vote once per contest.

Registered Users can also comment on any entry. We appreciate supportive and constructive comments. We flag and remove offensive ones. You can also share any entry with your friends via Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Tumblr, email, etc. The number of comments and shares an entry receives will impact its popularity.

Tie-breaker: In the event of a tie at any level of judging, the judges, in their discretion, will (i) reevaluate the tied contest Materials at the tied level according to the Criteria until the tie is broken; (ii) decide to split the prize among the tied Entrants; or (iii) decide to award each tied Entrant a prize.

Number of Qualified Entries: In the event there are not enough eligible entries, the contest may not take place and there will be no prizes awarded.

Notification of Finalists and Winners: Becoming a finalist is subject to validation and verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules and the Terms of Use. If a potential finalist or winner is disqualified for any reason or unable to accept the prize, BeautifulNow reserves the right, in its discretion, to award the prize to another Entrant with the next highest votes. The potential finalist(s) and winner(s) will be selected and notified by email.

Changes or Additions: These Rules are subject to change, and Entrants will be notified on the contest Page of any additional rules or changes to these Rules.

10. PRIZES:

Each weekly winning Entrant’s contest Materials may be published on the BeautifulNow Website, BeautifulNow promotional materials, and BeautifulNow Books. In addition, Entrants may have the opportunity to win other prizes, as stated on the contest Page for the current contest. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by winners is permitted. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Sponsor, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize (or that part of the prize) with an alternative prize to the equal monetary value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.

11. TAXES:

Awards of prizes to potential winners may be subject to the express requirement that they submit all documentation requested by BeautifulNow to permit it to comply with all applicable state, federal and local tax reporting. If a potential winner fails to provide such documentation or comply with such laws, the prize may be forfeited and BeautifulNow may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate potential winner.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. These contest Rules are void where prohibited. BeautifulNow reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant from the contest if it is prohibited in the Entrant’s jurisdiction or, in BeautifulNow’s sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the Entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens, or harasses any other entrants, Registered Users or BeautifulNow.

13. PRIVACY:

Entrants agree that personal data submitted with an entry, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email address may be collected, processed, stored, and otherwise used by Sponsor and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the contest. All personal information that is collected from the Entrant is subject to BeautifulNow’s Privacy Policy, located here.

14. PUBLICITY:

By entering the contest, Entrants agree to participate in any media or promotional activity resulting from the contest as reasonably requested by BeautifulNow at BeautifulNow’s expense. Entrants agree and consent to use of their name and/or likeness by BeautifulNow. Contest Materials may also be used for press and media purposes and Entrant agrees to waive any rights and not assert any intellectual property rights that Entrant has or may have in the contest Materials. BeautifulNow reserves the right to publish the name and likeness of the Entrants with the top scores, Semi-finalists, Finalists, and winners on the BeautifulNow Website or through other media for publicity purposes.

15. INCORPORATION OF TERMS OF USE:

Entrants warrant that they have read, and their entry, voting, and contest Materials are in accordance with, the Terms of Use and these Rules. The Terms of Use, including without limitation, Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation on Liability; Indemnification; and all other restrictions and terms are expressly incorporated herein. In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Use and Rules, these Rules shall govern.

16. ELIMINATION:

Any false information provided within the context of the contest by Entrant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership of right or non-compliance with these Rules, Terms of Use or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the Entrant from the contest.

17. INTERNET AND DISCLAIMER:

BeautifulNow is not responsible for any malfunction of the entire contest website or any late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, or destroyed contest Materials or votes due to system errors, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or other telecommunication transmission malfunctions, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, typographical or system/human errors and failures, or any other technical malfunction(s).

18. RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY, OR DISQUALIFY:

If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, BeautifulNow reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest. BeautifulNow further reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the submission process or any other part of the contest.

19. WINNER’S LIST:

Winners' usernames will be available online at the BeautifulNow contest page. Winners’ usernames will be posted within 10 days after the winner has confirmed acceptance of prize.
