BON VIVANT NEW YORK PETIT CAKES
Bon Vivant New York Petit Cakes come in a delicious assortment of flavors, from Bourbon Vanilla to Coffee Cream to Lemon Zest to Lavender Bloom to Rose Petal (Pink).

Maya Hormia former a bank employee, was inspired by a speech she heard delivered by Steve Jobs. She was moved to find and pursue her true passion in pastries during an exploratory year that included enrollment and certifications in the Culinary & Pastry Arts from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu.
Petit fours became her muse. Now Bon Vivant crafts beautiful sweets for Iconic luxury houses such as Louis Vuitton, Cartier, and Tiffany.
Bon Vivant Petits Fours are made with delicate vanilla cake laced with fine liqueur. The cake is then layered with a richly flavored buttercream infused in a choice of vanilla beans or lavender flowers.
As with all Bon Vivant cakes, almond marzipan is layered on top of the cake next. The cake is then enrobed in a fondant glaze deliciously smoothened with complimenting liqueur.

ROYAL BELGIAN CAVIAR
Royal Belgian Caviar farms exceptional caviar. It works with its own breeding stock of different sturgeon varieties.
By using only non-ovulated eggs, with an ultrasound RBC checks for each sturgeon, only perfect egg quality is used.
Perfect level of salt is added to the eggs to ensure the perfect balance.
Whether you eat the luscious pearls straight out of the jar with a pearly spoon or you add a dollop atop a blini or a fancy hors d’oeuvre pillow, Royal Belgian delivers the most luxurious bites. Try some RBC Osietra atop a white macaron gilded with mascarpone, sour cream and lime.
RBC Beluga has a delicate salty flavor, followed by rich creamy touches, for an incredibly refined aftertaste.
RBC White Pearl is rich, buttery and melts on your tongue. Osietra has subtle nutty and mineral notes.

M.J. COHEN SERVICE FLATWARE
Quirky modern vintage sterling silver flatware, designed by noted silver artist Mardi-jo Cohen, is set with peridot, citrine, and amethyst stones. They would look gorgeous in caviar service.
All all pieces are signed, dated 1989, and marked sterling on the verso.

Sturgeon, the fish behind the best caviar, is rendered in entirely in silver in this gorgeous caviar serving piece, designed and crafted by Braganti.

1920S MOTHER-OF-PEARL CAVIAR SPREADERS
This pair of handcrafted 1920s mother-of-pearl spreaders are perfect for serving delicate caviar pearls on toast points or blinis.
Not only do they present a pretty picture, with their opalescent shades of warm grey contrasting against darker grey osetra or beluga, but mother-of-pearl is kinder to the tender eggs than metal -- it does not impart any taste and is gentler on the fragile sacs.
