DEATH VALLEY: HOTTEST PLACE ON EARTH IS ALSO ONE OF MOST BEAUTIFUL

Last week scientists at the World Meteorological Organization confirmed what many in Southern California already know. Death Valley is officially the hottest place on earth. With temperatures reaching a record-breaking 134ºF this past summer. Luckily the searing heat doesn’t deter photographers from paying homage to its striking landscapes. Images of Zabriskie Point (which also happens to be the title of a beautiful Michelangelo Antonioni film) always set our hearts racing faster—but this sunset sizzles in its own right.
