Kindness makes both the giver and the receiver feel so much better about themselves and about life in general. Yet kindness is often something that is in short supply. We often need to be reminded to consider kindness and generosity of spirit.

People who need kindness the most, are often those who are forgotten or in circumstances that challenge us to give. Sometimes, we even need to remember to be kind to ourselves.
