Making food is a creative outlet for me, and I often surf to find inspiration. It’s not so easy to discover recipes and ideas that are special and wonderful. I’ve got a handful of favorite sites that I know and love, but finding new ones is a chore. Now, Gojee does it for me.

And, Gojee serves it all up with big gorgeous sexy photos that will tempt you silly. Dive in, check out the ingredients list, and if you want to go all the way, Gojee whisks you away to the original source in a flash, where you can find the whole recipe, connect with the chef who created it, and get closer to creating an amazing meal.
Gojee also curates the best in home decor and fashion. Altogether, that’s why it calls itself the "Home of Great Taste."

Like opening a Pandora’s recipe box, you’ll find Yummly, a new recipe discovery app, is a seemingly never-ending stream. With over one million recipes, with accompanying correlated shopping lists, it’s a bottomless cache of ideas.

Good thing Yummly has a great search function and a robust categorization feature, so you can easily filter down to a select the recipes that fit whatever mood, health issue, nutritional concern, or set of ingredients you typed into the search field. Good thing it also records your preferences.

Founder and CEO, Dave Feller got the idea for Yummly when he realized, “I couldn’t find a way to search for recipes and exclude anything with mustard.” For me, I don’t want to see any recipes with cilantro. Good thing Yummly has us both covered.

Chefs Feed is an app that can connect you with the most beautiful food happening in the world right now, by connecting you with chefs who are in a position to know. While their site isn’t competing for a beauty prize visually, it totally scores when it comes to hitting the sweet spot site for food discovery features.

Chefs Feed is all about the chef-to-user connection. And it is creating 35,000 new ones each day. Yup! That’s how many people are wanting to know what Mario Batali snacks on or how Thomas Keller scrambles eggs or who Alice Waters turns to for olivada pizza. And, Chefs Feed has just gone international, so it’s a great travel app too.

If you’ve ever been steered wrong by Zagat, Yelp, or TripAdvisor, and who hasn’t, Chefs Feed will likely make you happier. You can follow your favorite chefs and they can lead you to culinary bliss. You can even plan and track culinary adventures with your friends.
