We made this recipe with whole milk yogurt, used sugar vs corn syrup, and omitted the cornstarch, to render a cleaner, creamier rendition.

Eden Passante, of Sugar & Charm, created beautiful pink striped Coconut Water Fruit Popsicles made with pureed fresh strawberries, hot pink dragon fruits, and coconut milk. Pineapple and orange juice give them an extra flavor zing!

Check out this flowery Buttermilk Cake with Rhubarb Frosting and Cardamom Cream, by Sarah Kieffer, of The Vanilla Bean Blog. The cake was adapted from a recipe found at Nothing But Delicious, while the Rhubarb Buttercream recipe was adapted from Martha Stewart.
The tart rhubarb flavor balances well with the velvety creams. Beautiful flowers are the perfect garnish for this exquisite pink dessert!
