This is Jessica. She was living on the streets of Puerto Rico when I adopted her in 2005. She was just 10 months old and very frightened by everything and everyone. I gave her a great home and showed her lots of love.
Over the next few months she started to trust me more and more. Over the course of years she grew to become my best friend. She passed away earlier this year from an alligator attack right in my backyard. I love and miss her so much. But her spirit still lives within me and I cherish her love everyday.
