COOL NEW TECH & BOOKS BRING YOU CLOSER TO THE BEAUTY OF PETS
It doesn’t take much to love a pet. It comes pretty naturally. But now, there is some cool new technology that can help you do it better and more easily. Plus we’ve shared some beautiful new books with you that give you even more reason and insight.
1. WHISTLEGPS
With WhistleGPS, you can always be sure of what your dog is up to.
Using a 3-axis accelerometer, this wearable device tracks activity and sleeping patterns, then sends that data to your smartphone. You can see how your pooch’s activity level compares to his usual behavior and what’s normal for his breed and weight.
This awesome, disc-shaped invention allows you to set fitness goals for your pup, just like you’d set for yourself, and monitor long-term health trends. The results are easy to read, and you can send a detailed report to your vet if you’re worried. There is nothing more beautiful than keeping your beloved pets healthy!
2. NO MORE WOOF
Have you ever wished that your dog could tell you what he was thinking? Soon, you’ll be able to understand his every bark and “woof.” No More Woof scans your dog’s brain and translates his thoughts into words.
EEG sensoring, micro computing, and special software work together to let you know your dog is hungry, happy, and in need of a walk!
It isn’t for sale yet, but Fido can’t wait until it is!
3. PETNET
We know it’s important to watch what we eat. But do you watch what your pet is eating?
You can easily track your dog or cat’s calorie intake with PetNet, a smart feeder that assesses your pet’s dietary needs and generates a custom-made feeding regimen.
The PetNet alerts you when it feeds your pet, and when you need to buy more food. It also tracks your pet’s calorie intake on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
You can control the PetNet from your laptop or cell phone, so you can have peace of mind that your pet will always have enough, but not too much, to eat.
4. GOPRO FETCH
GoPro is great for capturing your adventures. Now, the GoPro Fetch lets you experience life from your dog’s point of view. Simply strap this wearable camera onto your best friend’s belly or back and enjoy the ride!
